Happy Thanksgiving!
We had a fun dance October, Friday the 13th,to Tim Tanner calling. We had
11 visitors from Wichita Falls representing all four clubs and 9 Vernon
Travelers.
By the time you read this newsletter, our Saturday (October 28)dance will
be happy memories. I am sure we will have some interesting pictures posted
on the internet of all the costumes and characters who came to “haunt
the night”.
Lessons continue on Tuesday nights. The location for our lessons is Vernon
College SUB (student center- building with large windows), 4400 College
Drive, at 7:30pm to 9:00pm, Tim is the instructor.
A big welcome to Jimmy and Charlotte Smith, who are joining our club.
Jimmy and Charlotte live in Iowa Park and also dance with the Red River
Valley Association clubs in Wichita Falls.
A big welcome to Kaitlyn Rudolph, our new dancer. She will graduate soon
and will also be joining our club. She is doing a great job.
Our next dance will be November 10 , Friday, (cookies and treats). Tim
says he will be gone hunting and Jimmy Gouge will be calling.
We WILL dance on November 25 (Saturday, pot-luck). Scott Bennett will be
our guest caller. Come out and dance off the Thanksgiving pumpkin
pie.

McKay (Oct. 9), Jeanette Ramey (Oct. 21), Peyton Ramey (Oct. 26), and
Margueritte Gray (Nov.
29).
Happy Anniversary to Guy and Shirley Reed on November
24.
Let’s remember all those who need our thoughts and prayers. Jimmy Smith
will be having surgery on Nov.
9th.
